Job Description:
- Applying all the guidelines and references of each insurance company for medication Dispensary, coverage, duration and exclusions.
- Communicating with insurance companies for the verification of information about patient policies.
- Taking Prior approval from insurance companies for medication dispensing and documentation of approval codes.
- Guiding the pharmacist for dispensing and applying of insurance policy.
- Verify drug diagnosis compatibility with medication prescribed according to the insurance policies and communicating with the physicians in regards to missing medical diagnosis
- Validation and submission of e-prescription claims to the link portal.
- Securing rejections from insurance companies by applying the rules and regularities of insurance companies.
- Follow up of pending approvals due to medical report, Lab result and Xray reports. Coordination with Insurance Department for pending -approvals or verification.
