About the hospital
Founded in 1960, Oasis was the first hospital in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, bringing international standards of heath care to the community of Al Ain. Founders Dr. Pat and Marian Kennedy were Christian missionaries brought to Al Ain under the visionary leadership of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. You are welcome to visit our public majlis, opposite the main reception, to see photos of their incredible first years.
Oasis was founded to serve the community of Al Ain, both rich and poor, the able and the needy. We continue to honor that foundation today. Loving God means loving people and we seek opportunities to connect with our community in meaningful ways.
