Job Description
We have a range of Nurse BANK shifts available. Our expectations of a registered Staff Nurse is to patient orientated, ability to demonstrate exceptional clincal practice at all times, fully inform patients at every stage of their journey and provide a first class customer service.
Hours of opening are 6am-10pm Monday through to Saturday. With competitive hourly rates of pay this is an excellent time to join HCA International rapidly expanding and opening new sites in the North West.
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to the smooth running of the out-patient clinics , chaperoning patients as needed and ensuring patients are fully informed at every stage of their journey.
Chaperoning and assisting medical staff
Carry out observations, investigations and treatments as required.
Ensure equipment is in good working order
Maintain accurate records of patient care
Organise tests and appointments
Provide patients and families with information regarding the management of their condition
Ensure correct labeling and transport of specimens
Maintain stock levels of supplies/equipment
Skills and Experience
NMC Registered nurse, passionate about patient care with post qualification experience. Ward or outpatients experience. High regard for patient experience and safety. Team player with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
