We are seeking for qualified individual for the position of Staff Nurse.
Identify customer need for treatment as advised by consultants and carry out procedures for the same.
Practice proper entries of customer profiles on the Clinic Management System/HIS.
Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
Assist doctors with administration of procedures and treatment as well as health checks.
Provide a clean and safe environment, perform or assist others to perform proper aseptic techniques, sterilization of instruments and packs, isolation procedures, and infection control measures.
Assist patient to the consultation clinic.
Summarize data and state nursing diagnoses / patient care needs.
Prepares, administers and documents the administration of oral, parental and topical medications as prescribed by the physician. Is knowledgeable of therapeutic effects, usual dosages, contraindications, side effects and adverse reactions for all drugs and parental fluids administered in. Maintains accountability for narcotics and controlled drugs.
Assist in Pap smear procedures.
To co-ordinate conduct of preventive health checks and record the same on the Clinic Management Software/HIS for verification and signature of Consultants.
To interact and communicate with physicians and other members of the team to facilitate departmental operations.
