JOB DESCRIPTION
You will provide professional nursing care, educate patients and their family and perform related duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should possess at least a degree or diploma and relevant experience in elder care.
Applicants must have at least 3 years of related work experience, preferably Gerontology trained.
The position can involve both outpatient clinic & Home Care Visits and participate in community outreach efforts.
An interest in geriatrrics & dementia is definitely an advantage.
Fresh nursing graduates from local tertiary institutions will be considered for entry level position
