Job Description	You will lead a nursing team to assess, develop, implement and evaluate clinical practices and standards of care for a specific unit or discipline. You are responsible for coordinating care for patients, developing patient education materials, and teaching patients and their caregivers how to manage their conditions. You will also teach, mentor and supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees and projects.
Job Requirements	Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 5 years’ clinical experience in an acute hospital care setting Post-basic Certificate/Advanced Diploma in a specialty area or its equivalent Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board Good interpersonal and communication skills
